Pay HOA Fees

The monthly HOA fee is $400.00 (effective 7/1/26). 

The HOA fee payment options are listed below:

1. Payment via Auto-Draft (highly recommended): Homeowners are encouraged to pay their HOA fees via auto-draft (ACH). To sign up for auto-draft, please visit dfloydassoc.com/auto-draft-formThere is no charge to homeowners for this service.

 

2. Online Payment: To make an online payment, go to dfaa.cincwebaxis.com and sign in at the top right corner of the screen. [NOTE: You will need to register prior to signing in for the first time.] Once signed in, click "Pay Fees." Select your desired payment method (eCheck or credit card), input your payment information, and click "Submit." Verify that your payment information is correct and click "Submit Payment." Please note that the payment platform charges a $1.99 processing fee for recurring e-Check payments, a $2.99 processing fee for one-time e-Check payments, and a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments.

 

3. Payment via Check: Homeowners may pay their HOA fees by mailing checks to Harbour Town c/o David Floyd & Associates, Inc. PO Box 1085 Commerce, GA 30529-0357. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Harbour Town and include your property address in the memo section.
