The entire community shares a single water meter. Water is included in the monthly HOA fee.

Water shutoff valves:

• A- building shutoff located beside A-131
• B- building shutoff located in front of B-130
• C- has individual exterior shutoffs (excluding C-117, C-118, & C-119 - these units have interior shutoff valves)
• D- building shutoff located in front of D-78
• E- building shutoff located in front of E-79
• F- has individual exterior shutoffs (excluding F-66 - this unit has an interior shutoff valve)
• G- building shutoff located in front of G-62
• H- building shutoff located in front of H-46
• I- building shutoff located in front of I-51
• J - has individual exterior shutoffs
• K- building shutoff located in front of K-24
• L- building shutoff located beside L-9
• M- has individual exterior shutoffs and building shutoff located beside M-8 (must turn counter-clockwise to turn water off)
• N- has individual exterior shutoffs
• O- has individual exterior shutoffs
• P- has individual exterior shutoffs
• Q- has individual exterior shutoffs
• R- has individual exterior shutoffs
• S- has individual exterior shutoffs and building shutoff located in front of S-162 (must turn counter-clockwise to turn water off)
• T- has individual exterior shutoffs
• U- building shutoff located in front of U-146
• V- has individual exterior shutoffs

Additional water shutoff valves:

• In front of V-114, there is a shutoff that controls A & B buildings (must turn counter-clockwise to turn water off)
• In front of O-35, there is a shutoff that controls O, H, I, & J buildings (not functional)
